The Spirit in the Flesh series is an experiential training in
energy mastery techniques sourced from Tantric, Taoist, channeled, and Shamanic
practices.
We are training to open, align & ground ourselves in the fullness of
our own energetic circuitry; we enter into profound states of energetic
communion with life, community & our inner Self. This is not a class
about "sex" nor do we engage in sex in this class.
We will:

develop a toolbox of experiential practices for engaging our chakras and
downloading the subtle bodies into our physical form, jump-starting and
organizing our energy systems, and developing a rapport with our wholeness.

practice individual, couple and group exercises for embodying and grounding
the five subtle energy bodies, expanding and balancing the seven bodily chakras
and exploring the five transpersonal chakras.

exploring our energy patterns within relationship: the nature of masculine
and feminine energy, boundaries, grounding and centering while in the midst
of an open heart, resonant body, expanded mind & engaged soul.
Embodiment work re-weaves our energetic synapses, greatly enhancing awareness and
clarity of mind, inner knowing, emotional fluidity, health, sexuality, and our
ability to manifest.
Empowerment, self trust, and unitive consciousness are all
natural outcomes as we align the energy bodies and regenerate our self as an
embodied amplifier of Source energy.
Regaining our luminous nature is a
possibility today for all who dare to take the leap. Look with the eyes of
your soul and engage the essential.

Expect practices of revelation and compassion, freedom and
intimacy.
Know there will be times of dancing with our fears, as well as with
our deep fullness. The healing habits of presence, compassion, intentionality
and courage are cultivated as we meet and surrender our blocks, fears, and
resistances in exchange for the coherent resonance of our embodied Spirit.
Exercises will include:

relational energy exercises,

processing practices.
If you have worked previously with Cherie or have some schooling in energetic
practices, i.e., reiki, therapeutic touch, cranial sacral work, acupuncture,
bioenergetics, yoga, tantra, taoist energy practices, shamanic energy work,
martial arts, breath work, etc.; then you’ve begun sensitizing yourself to
experiencing energy and will gain a deeper, fuller, more potent foundation for
your current practices.
Folks who’ve no experience with energy work are encouraged to “begin where you
are"; build a practice which empowers, heals and opens you to a fuller
experience of who you are, and how you are in the world.
We will be engaging a full spectrum of energies and there is no explicit sex.
The training is 8 3-hour sessions spread out over 4 months so there will be time
between classes for homeplay, journaling, and grounding the exercises in life.

These practices are rarely offered, and will profoundly impact the energy habits
underlying the foundation of every experience. Be ready to shift gears.
